- CEO of PFD Food Services. Kerry is responsible for all State General Managers and Group Leaders in charge of Sales and Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, Commercial, Information Technology and Human Resources
- Lindsay Smith

Director. Lindsay manages the strategic direction, including the development of emerging categories within PFD. He also has responsibility for the property portfolio, ARFN and the Entyce joint venture.

Director. Sharon Landy has worked in various aspects of the business. She joined the Board in June 2009. She is now involved with the company’s philanthropic endeavours.
- The Honourable Jeffrey G. Kennett AC

The Hon Jeffrey Kennett AC was an Officer in the Royal Australian Regiment, serving at home and overseas. He was a Member of the Victorian Parliament for 23 years, and was Premier of the State from 1992 to 1999.
Mr Kennett is currently Chairman of Open Windows Australia Proprietary Limited, Australian Commercial Catering Pty Ltd and Chairman of the Board of Management of PFD Food Services Pty Ltd and Amtek Corporation Pty Ltd. .
He is a Director of Equity Trustees Limited and Jumbuck Entertainment Limited.
Mr Kennett is Chairman of beyondblue: the national depression initiative.
He is President of the Hawthorn Football Club.
Mr Kennett is Patron of a number of community organisations.
In 2005 Mr Kennett was awarded the Companion of the Order of Australia - John Murphy

John has built a career of 30 years in the Australian Liquor and Packaging industry, culminating in CEO of Visy Packaging and Recycling for Australasia and prior to that Managing Director of Fosters Australia.
More recently he is engaged as a Business and Strategy Advisor and Board member in a range of companies both in Australia and Internationally.
He has held many leadership roles during his career and was responsible for a significant period of time for marketing and innovation of some of the country’s most well known and iconic beverage brands.John has worked closely at the most senior level with Australia’s largest retailers and suppliers in the beverage and packaging industry in developing broader relationships in areas such as leading supply chain solutions. He has also developed extensive global beverage relationships around innovation, insights and brand development opportunities.
He has taken a lead industry role in the social responsibility side of the liquor industry, the responsible marketing and the reinvestment back into sport and the community. One of the key community boards that John is a director of and very passionate about is the Alannah and Madeline Foundation, set up to address school bullying, which not only raises funds for victims of abuse but also co-ordinates education programmes.

Consultant and Advisor. Michael has been associated with PFD since 1979 as an advisor and consultant to Rick Smith and the Smith family generally. As a consultant to the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, he provides financial and managerial expertise and advice in a variety of areas. He is also responsible for the financial reporting of companies associated with the Smith family.

- Chief Financial Officer. Peter has the following senior direct reports: Peter Watson, Group Commercial Manager; Richard Cohen, Group IT Manager; and Brian Watson, Group HR Manager;
- Peter Watson

- Group Commercial Manager. In addition to managing the company’s commercial affairs, Peter manages a portfolio of potential acquisitions and implements Board endorsed acquisitions so that their full value is realised.
